Nick and Allie. The reference to Robert
Munsch and 'I'll Love You Forever' was not
only appropriate for the fun-loving nature
of both Allie and Nick, but it also held
very special meaning for my daughter and I.
For years Allie and I read that book every
night and she always sang me the song. She
turned and looked at me thinking I had
spoken to you about it,
and I thought she had of course. It was a
lovely moment that I shall treasure always.
We still sing that song to each other and I
have purchased various copies of the book

With Sean being American and me Canadian we had hard time getting the paperwork needed to get married. When it did finally come in all we wanted was a day for ourselves. I want to take this opportunity to express my sincerest appreciation to Kettle Creek Weddings for their excellent handling of my daughter's wedding ceremony on August 29th at Four Points by Sheraton in London. From the initial 'interview' with Patti Lofgren---the signing of the contract--the continual contact throughout the months prior to the wedding by e-mail and/or phone--to the meetings she had with both my daughter Brandie and her fiancé, Jason--everything was done with an eye to assuring understanding, clarity, support, guidance and above all forthrightness in meeting their ideals of a perfect wedding ceremony. Not only do we have the privilege of working with Wayne often, he actually performed our wedding ceremony as well. During a rain storm, huddled into a room too small for 110 guests, Wayne was the most accommodating person that I have ever met. His ceremony was so heartfelt and touching and he, (along with some sappy vows) he had the whole room in tears. A customer was recently in to pick up some products for her upcoming wedding. As we chatted about her plans, she told me that her whole wedding was scheduled around the availability of the only officiant she wanted to have perform their wedding service. She continued to explain that he had officiated at a friend's wedding and had done such a beautiful job of making it a special service specific to the people involved that she and her fiancé knew immediately that he was the only one they wanted to have perform their ceremony.

first saw Wayne Prevett officiate at a friend's
wedding. I knew nothing of Kettle Creek Weddings at the
time, but from the warmth conveyed by Wayne I was
convinced that he and the newly-weds had been old
friends. Half a year later, I finally met up with
Wayne, and I was caught off guard by how much he
remembered about the wedding, including the fact that my
then 11 month-old son was in attendance. My first
